37.5 oz coarsely chopped dried plums*
100 oz nonfat vanilla yogurt
100 oz lowfat granola
*Canned dried plums may be substituted for pitted dried plums. Drain liquid and pat dry with a paper towel.
DirectionsInto stemmed glasses, layer 1/4 cup peaches, 2 tablespoons dried plums, 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup granola; repeat layers.
