Ingredients8 oz prepared nonfat herb vinaigrette
8 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
10 oz shredded napa cabbage
10 each oranges, peeled and segmented
4 each red apple, halved, cored and diced
24 oz pitted dried plums, quartered*
8 oz sliced celery
2 oz sliced green onions
As need ground pepper (optional)
*Canned dried plums may be substituted for pitted dried plums. Drain liquid and pat dry with a paper towel.
DirectionsIn large bowl, whisk together vinaigrette and juice concentrate. Add cabbage, oranges, apple, dried plums, celery and green onions, tossing to coat. Season with pepper, if desired.
