PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA, AND DRIED PLUM SANDWICHES
Ingredients50 each slices whole wheat bread, toasted 28 oz peanut butter 12 each medium bananas, sliced 25 oz quartered pitted dried plums 13 oz tablespoons honey ¾ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
DirectionsOn each of two bread slices, spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Top with banana slices and dried plums. Mix honey with cinnamon, if desired. Drizzle honey over dried plums. Top each with remaining bread slices. *Canned dried plums may be substituted for pitted dried plums. Drain liquid and pat dry with a paper towel.
