4 oz. Cranberries,
dried 8 oz. Canned wet pack Dried plums, drained and quartered*
1 lb. Peaches, canned large diced
1 ea Lemon juiced
4 oz. Juice from canned plums
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
*Pitted dried plums maybe substituted for canned dried plums.
DirectionsIn large saucepot bring all ingredients to a simmer and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. Serve as a topping for cereals, pancakes, waffles, or a crepe filling.
