Scalloped Apples and Plums
Prep Time - Cook Time 45 Minutes Serves 25
Ingredients3 lbs. Apples, peeled and sliced*
10 oz. canned wet pack Dried Plums, drained and quartered**
10 oz. granulated Sugar (50/50 white and light brown can substitute)
1 tsp Cinnamon ground
2 oz. Golden Raisins
2 oz. Cornstarch
* IQF frozen or drained canned apples can substituted
**Pitted dried plums maybe substituted for canned dried plums.
DirectionsPlace all ingredients except cornstarch in a large mixing bowl and combine well. Sift in the cornstarch and mix well. Place in a greased baking pan or individual ramekins and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold Great side dish or hot cereal and pancake/waffle topping.
