Any Time Of Day Parfait
Have fun creating variations on this quick-and-easy snack or breakfast item with your favorite yogurt flavors and canned fruits. Stick to nonfat yogurt and fruit canned in its own juice for lower fat and calories.
1 cup drained canned sliced peaches
1/2 cup (about 3 ounces) coarsely chopped dried plums
1 container (8 ounces) nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup lowfat granola
Into each of two wide stemmed glasses, layer 1/4 cup peaches, 2 tablespoons dried plums, 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup granola; repeat layers.
