Dried Plum Puree
Dried plum puree adds moisture and richness to a variety of baked goods. It can often be found in the baking goods section of your supermarket.
1 1/3 cups (about 8 ounces) pitted dried plums
6 tablespoons hot water
In food processor, process dried plums and water until puréed. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 month.
