Dried Plum & White Chocolate Haystacks
Pretzels, dried plums and white chocolate make up these tasty "haystack" treats.
1 1/4 cups (8 ounces) white or semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups pretzel sticks, broken in half
1/2 cup (3 ounces) finely chopped pitted dried plums
Line baking sheet with wax paper; set aside. Melt chips and butter in small heatproof bowl, set over simmering water, stirring occasionally. (Mixture should be fluid and barely warm.) Immediately stir in pretzels and dried plums; stir to coat. Drop by 2 heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm. Store, covered, in cool place, away from direct sun or heat.
