Dried Plums Stuffed with Walnuts

Serves  Makes 24 stuffed dried plums

Ingredients

California pitted dried plums

24

walnut halves

1/4

cup sugar

1

teaspoon ground cinnamon


Directions

Make a slit down the side of each dried plum and place a walnut half inside, wrapping the dried plum around the walnut to cover it completely.  Mix sugar with cinnamon and place in a dish or pie plate. Roll dried plums in sugar mixture. Store in an airtight container.

Makes 24 stuffed dried plums
