Tropical Fruit Smoothie
There's no fat, but lots of flavor in this quick and easy pineapple, banana and dried plum smoothie. Perfect for breakfast on the go.
1 container (8 ounces) nonfat lemon yogurt
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 large banana, sliced
1/2 cup (about 3 ounces) pitted dried plums
1 cup ice cubes
In blender container, combine all ingredients except ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes; blend until smooth, pulsing on and off.
