Directions

  1. Using a steam jacked kettle, add 1/3 of the water and sweat the onions, carrots and garlic until softened.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. The sauce may be left as is, or for a smoother sauce, process with an immersion blender until the desired consistency is achieved.
