Directions

  1. Mix the turkey, water, dried plum puree and isolated soy protein for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the seasonings and mix for 1 minute.
  3. Add the ice and mix for 1 minute or until the ice is fully distributed.
  4. Extrude as a sausage depending on the size of the crumble desired and cook using an approved method.
