Directions

  1. Stage 1: Combine ingredients, mix to a smooth, light puree.
  2. Stage 2: Blend the dry ingredients, and add to Stage One ingredients with the water. Mix for 3 minutes at high speed.
  3. Deposit 1.25 ounce batter into paper-lined muffin cups. Add 0.5 ounce filling. Top with another 1.25 ounce of batter. Top with another 1.25 ounce of batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 380° F.
  4. Top with maraschino cherries.
